Signing in
Luka has no passwords. You either sign in with Apple, or we email you a one-time code. If the code hasn't arrived: check your spam folder, make sure the address matches the one you signed up with, and give it a minute before asking for another.
If you used Sign in with Apple and chose to hide your email, we only ever see Apple's private relay address — that's expected, and it still reaches you.
My training didn't come back after signing in
Your data syncs to your account, not your phone, so signing in on a new device restores it. If something looks missing, make sure you're signed into the same account you used before — data from a different account, or from before you signed in at all, stays separate.
Luka isn't answering
Free accounts include a set number of Luka messages each month. When you reach it, Luka pauses until the month rolls over or you subscribe — the app will tell you which. Otherwise, check your connection: Luka needs one to think.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us. To change or cancel, open your Apple ID settings → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the period you've paid for ends. Restore a purchase on a new device from Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases.
Your data
Export everything from Settings → Data → Export my data. Delete your account and everything in it from Settings → Account → Delete account — that is immediate and permanent. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription, so cancel that with Apple first. What we hold and why is set out in the privacy policy, and the rest of the relationship in the terms of use.
A note on injuries
Luka is a strength & conditioning coach, not a medical one. It doesn't diagnose or treat injuries. If something is sharp, getting worse, or comes with swelling, giving way or numbness, see a doctor or physio — and mark yourself unavailable in the app so Luka stops asking you to train.
